THE L3500- LIGHT- Compatible with all light vehicles that have a OBDII diagnostic link connector. These are all cars and light trucks 1996 and newer.
THE H3500-HEAVY- Compatible with all heavy vehicles that have a J1708 6-pin or 9-pin diagnostic link connector. These are all heavy trucks manufactured 1988 and after.
THE U3500-UNIVERSAL- Compatible with all types of vehicles. The U3100 requires direct wiring and does not offer remote diagnostic capabilities.
