Upon connection of system to Internet we can help you using remote access software. Internet connection is required for installation. You activation codes will be assigned upon installation. 90 Day Setup & Configuration does not include Technical Support. It is recommended that you purchase a Technical Support Plan upon order of your system. Technical Support Calls with out proper yearly membership is billed hourly at $35/hour with a one hour minimum.
Warranty
All components are covered under the under manufacturers warranty provided through Sintel Systems. POS Equipment carries a 1 to 5 Year Warranty depending on the product. See product details for more information. Valid Credit Card and signature is required for Express Warranty Replacements without receipt of defective product. Customers are responsible for shipping. Replacement parts are shipped out prior to defect arrival if desired with credit card deposit. Shipping for replacement is FREE of charge.
