Renato Ristorante's Operation
Renato Ristorante is a fine dining establishment. They seat about 20 tables and turn them 2 to 3 times a day. They are located on the beach front in Newport Beach, CA.

Issues at Hand
Renato Ristorante used a limited portion of their original POS system, which was fully integrated with a computer and monitor. This was because their needs were simple and their system was too complex to use practically.

Café Cartel was contracted to replace their POS system after an electrical malfunction (replacement value: $10,000). The Café Cartel Point of Sale System fit the needs as the cost effective solution. Results
After consultation, and discussion of Café Cartel's features, we determined a feature needed to be included that was not available. Because of our pricing structure Fregene's was able to get additional modules and development for free. We added a loyalty program that would track sales of certain items, and then provide responses to the cashier when a certain number of sales were met. Similar to how a 2 for 1 coupon works.
