Drive Time – Identify Underutilized Vehicles
With Networkfleet's Fleet Drive Time Report you can easily access daily or weekly fleet statistics like total mileage, maximum recorded speed, number of stops and distance traveled.
In addition, a summary total for each vehicle is displayed allowing you to quickly scan for underutilized vehicles, mileage totals and more. If would like more detail on a specific vehicle's driving patterns for a period, click on the vehicle identifier to view a stop detail report.
Fuel Usage and MPG – Control Fuel Expenses
With rising fuel prices, Networkfleet's Fuel Usage and MPG Report will provide you with the data you need to reduce your fuel expenses. You can easily monitor MPG* and the gallons of fuel consumed by each vehicle for a given time period. Actual fuel usage can be reconciled with fuel card expenditures to monitor for abuse. You can also pinpoint only those vehicles that are above/below a specific average mpg. (Example: All vehicles above 23 MPG)
*MPG data not available on all makes/models.
Geofence Violation – View When Vehicles Cross a Geofence
Monitoring vehicle movement into/out of restricted areas is easy with Networkfleet's Geofencing Report. This report shows detailed stop information on which vehicles entered or exited a restricted area during a given timeframe, helping you easily pinpoint vehicles that consistently violate a geofence. You can also view the time of violation and duration of stay within the restricted area.
Idle Time – Identify Excessive Vehicle Idling
With rising fuel prices, Networkfleet provides two reports to help you monitor vehicle idling.
- The Networkfleet Idle Time report allows you to view the number of hours of idle time for each of your vehicles. You can also create an idle time threshold and identify vehicles that consistently exceed this limit.
- The Networkfleet Stop Detail and Idle Time report provides a snapshot of the exact time and location that vehicles sat idle for a particular time period.
These reports enable you to pinpoint drivers that are idling excessively and have the potential to operate their vehicles more efficiently to help you save money.
View Stop Detail at Landmarks
With Networkfleet's landmarking feature, it's easy to view customer locations, warehouses or depots. The Landmark Report by Vehicle shows detailed stop information on which landmarks a particular vehicle visited and the length of time spent at those landmarks during a given timeframe. The Landmark Report by Landmark report identifies which vehicles visited a particular landmark during a given timeframe.
These reports help you easily pinpoint frequented landmarks. You can also confirm the day's landmark stops, mileage and trip/stop durations.
Odd-Hours – Monitor Vehicle Misuse After Business Hours
Quickly identify after hours driving-time violations for a single fleet vehicle or the entire fleet to prevent unauthorized use of company vehicles. You can lower overhead by eliminating weekend or after-hours use of vehicles and decrease inaccurate time sheet entries.
Speed Violations – Improve Safety and Lower Insurance Costs
Get a daily summary of which drivers sped the day before right to your e-mail.
With Networkfleet, monitoring speed violations within your fleet is simple. Our printable reports allow you to easily find when and where a speed policy violation occurred. Enforcing a speed policy for your drivers not only promotes driver safety but will also help you save money on fuel costs and insurance.
Stop Details – Confirm Employee Productivity
This report shows detailed stop information for a vehicle to help fleet managers better manage driver activities and improve routing. You can easily confirm the day's stop locations, mileage and trip/stop durations.
A color legend, based on stop duration, helps you quickly identify stops over an hour in length. The Stop Detail Report helps you confirm customer visits, reduce unauthorized use and increase the productivity of your individual fleet vehicles.
