WITHOUT ACTIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PLAN:
3 Year Warranty on All POS System Package. Scales have a 1 Year Warranty. In this case the customer is responsible to send defected unit. Sintel Systems will repair and send back the same unit, unless a replacement is warranted.

WITH ACTIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PLAN:
3 Year Warranty with Advanced Placement Service available for customers with active Technical Support & Maintenance Plans, per Terminal, per Location.
POS Scales also covered for 3 years when on an active Technical Support & Maintenance Plans, per Terminal, per Location. Sintel Systems send the customer a loaner or replacement unit first. Customer is responsible to send the defective unit to Sintel Systems.
